POLYHYL® 1.4% and POLYHYL® 1.6% are sterile, pyrogen-free, viscoelastics preparation made from highly purified sodium hyaluronate with a high molecular weight. POLYHYL® is used for the protection, wetting and stabilisation of sensitive cells and tissues, especially in ophthalmological procedures such as cataract surgery with IOL implantation, glaucoma surgery, corneal transplantation or posterior segment surgery.
