Perforated Conformer

The AJL PERFORATED CONFORMER is a medical device designed to avoid adherence between the tarsal and bulbar conjunctiva. It is transparent and has two orifices for ventilation at the centre.

It is used to achieve the separation between torsal and bulbar conjunctiva. The device prevents the shrinkage of the cavity and maintains the orbital space properly after enucleation/evisceration.
